Custom stitching

Our expert tailors offer high-quality stitching services at affordable prices. Upon request, products can be customised to fit your specific measurements.

To request customisation, please contact us with the catalogue number of the item. An invoice will be emailed to you with the total cost, and stitching will begin once payment is received.

Measurements can be submitted via email or by sending us a blouse you currently own. We will use the measurements from the blouse you provide.

If you are unable to provide measurements, we can tailor the blouse based on a standard UK size.

We aim to tailor each garment according to your provided measurements, while also taking into account the blouse design and fabric length.

Important Information Regarding Returns

• Customised items are final sale. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been tailored or altered specifically for a customer.

• We strongly recommend reviewing the fabric, design, and quality of the product before requesting any customisation.

• If you wish to assess the quality, you may consider purchasing the item without tailoring first.

• Complaints regarding stitching or product quality after customisation will not be eligible for return or refund, as each item is made to order based on individual specifications.

After completing the stitching, we will ship your order using Free UK delivery. There is also an option for next-day delivery. We will then email you a confirmation once the order has been dispatched.
