Returns and Exchanges
We are sure you will love what you have ordered, however in the exceptional circumstance that you are not happy, please return the item for a refund or exchange.
Order cancellations and returns must be made in writing via Nandika's Sarees message, enclosing details of your name, order number and reason for return.
After you have received the item, please contact us via email: email@example.com for the return request within 24 hours. Return your item in its original condition, unused with all tags attached, including the receipt within 10 days .
All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you, if it is not the right address, we are not responsible for the loss caused by the issue.
When you return, should your order have been sent through the free postage option, 5% will be deducted from the final paid amount to cover the cost of restocking the item.
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and we will process your refund as quickly as possible, however please allow at least 5 – 10 working days for your refund to appear in your account. We will issue your refund in the same method as to which your item was paid.
Unfortunately, if an item has been altered / damaged / marked in any way / has been worn / used and if anything is missing or not in a fully resalable condition, we are unable to process your exchange or refund.
Due to hygienic reasons, we will not be able to accept returns for some of our items.
We are unable to refund or offer an exchange for any items which have been ordered on customer request.
Fabric which has been cut or stitched to a particular size for a customer cannot be refunded.
We cannot offer a refund for the initial shipping and stitching charges.
Returns from outside United Kingdom will be charged for import duty and taxes.
Buyer pays return postage.
Please note, the responsibility for the risk of loss or damage when you return the item is yours.
