Returns and Exchanges

You should be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are not, please return the item according to the instructions provided.

Please acknowledge that we are not able to provide you with a refund if an item is returned without contacting us in advance.

Return the item in its original state, unused, and with all tags attached within 14 days. Our return address is in London, N11 9DY. We recommended to use Royal Mail postal services for the return. 

We reserve the right to deny returns sent outside the return period limit or items not in the received condition.

    RETURNS
    Due to the fragile nature of our clothing, please notify us immediately upon receiving the item for return. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return.

    EXCHANGES
    Do let us know of your chosen replacement item. We can potentially reserve it to prevent it from being sold while your original item is in transit back to us.

    REFUND PROCESS 
    The condition of the item greatly influences its value and is essential for selling it to another customer.

    In order to exercise your right to return the item, it is necessary to return it in its original folding and packaging. Failure to do so may result in a restocking fee.

    Upon receiving your return, we will assess the item's condition prior to processing the refund. An email notification will be sent once the return is approved.

    Your refund will be issued in the same method as your payment within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit company to process the refund.

    Kindly be aware that refunds cannot be provided for items returned without prior contact. Please note, returning any item without order details may delay refund or exchange.

    Regrettably, in the event that an item has been modified/damaged/marked in any manner/has been worn/used/blouse piece separated/if anything is missing, we are unable to facilitate your exchange or refund.

    Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for items ordered based on specific customer requests. 

    The fabric has been tailored to a specific size for a customer, so it is regrettable that refunds cannot be offered.

    In the event of a return due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

    Returns from outside the United Kingdom will incur charges for import duty and taxes. The initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

    The customer is fully responsible for ensuring returned items get to us. The customer is also responsible for paying for all associated shipping costs for a return.
